淺析數(shù)據(jù)治理的主要目標(biāo)與實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑

摘要：數(shù)據(jù)治理通常被認(rèn)為是一種圍繞數(shù)據(jù)資源，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)控制和使用的管理行為，其目的是充分提升數(shù)據(jù)資源的價(jià)值，用以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)或政府的數(shù)字戰(zhàn)略。文章從數(shù)據(jù)治理的基本概念出發(fā)，詳細(xì)介紹了數(shù)據(jù)治理的主要目標(biāo)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑，為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)或政府的數(shù)字戰(zhàn)略提供參照。

Abstract： Data governance is commonly regarded as a management practice centered around data resources， involving control and utilization of data with the aim of maximizing the value of data resources to achieve digital strategies of enterprises or governments. This article starts from the basic concept of data governance， providing a detailed introduction to the main objectives and approaches of data governance， serving as a reference for achieving digital strategies of enterprises or governments.
