Promoting the Development of the Library Professional Community： An Innovative Practice Case Studyof“The Night forLibrary People"

Abstract Thisarticle introduces the theory of professionalcommunityand presentsacase studyof“The Night for LibraryPeople，”alive-streaming event.Throughanin-depth analysis oftheprogramschedulesandreviews fromthree consecutive years，the author argues that“The Night for Library People”is an innovative practice for promoting the development of the library professional community.The event serves several functions，including expert knowledge sharing，recognizingand showcasinginnovativepractices withinthe field，enhancingprofesional learningandskills among librarians，ndincreasingprofessionalidentitybelonging，ndpride.Ialsomeets thefestivepsychologicalneeds of library professonals to celebrate the Chinese New Yearand look forward toapositive year ahead.The paper further explores the program’s innovative elements.

共同體（community）是社會(huì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)概念，可追溯到德國社會(huì)學(xué)家滕尼斯（FerdinandTonnies）1887年出版的著作《共同體與社會(huì)》（CommunityandCiuilSociety），最初強(qiáng)調(diào)基于相同的地緣、血緣等關(guān)系形成的共同體，后來發(fā)展出“學(xué)術(shù)共同體”“職業(yè)共同體"等很多新的概念[1]。（剩余7666字）
