Analysis and Optimization Strategy of Key Factors in Food Microbiological Testing

Abstract: Inorder to improve the accuracy and reliability of food microbial detection and ensure food safety, this paper uses the key factor analysis method to systematically discuss the core factors affecting the detection results,and proposes optimization strategies.The analysis shows that the interaction of multiple links in the testing process directly affects the scientificity and stability of the detection,and the detection accuracyand eficiency can be efectively improved by improving the testing process,optimizing equipment management,strengtheningquality controland other measures, which is of great significance for improving the food safety testing system and improving the level of food quality supervision.
