淺述成人血尿的首診診治思路

【摘要】 血尿是臨床常見癥狀，尤其是無癥狀鏡下血尿，在全科門診或基層衛(wèi)生機構(gòu)首診中更為常見。本文通過復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，總結(jié)歸納了成人血尿的病情特點和評估內(nèi)容，并指出病因治療是根本，對原因未明者，隨訪很重要。希望本文能夠為首診全科醫(yī)師處理成人血尿提供參考。

【Abstract】 Hematuria is a common clinical symptom，especially asymptomaticmicrohematuria（AMH），which is more common in the first diagnosis in general practice clinics or primary health institutions. In this paper，we summarized the characteristics and evaluation contents of adults with hematuria by reviewing the relevant literatures. We conclude that the etiological treatment is fundamental，and it is important to follow-up for those whose cause is unknown. Hopefully，this paper can provide reference for the general practitioners to deal with adult hematuria.
