Abstract：With thedevelopmentof thenewgenerationartificial intellgence technologies，theintelligent economy，asa typical economic formbasedonthedigital economy，playsa positiverole in promotingtheformationand developmentof newqualityproductive forces inthe inteligent era.Thearticlefocuses ontherelationship between intellgent economy and new quality productiveforces.Based onthe constructionof a measurement index system for new quality productive forcesandintellgent economy，andusing paneldatafrom 31provinces inChina from2O11to2O23，thearticleempiricallyanalyzesthe mechanism bywhich inteligent economydrives thedevelopmentof newqualityproductive forces throughtestssuchasmediationefect，moderationeffect，andthresholdfect.According totheresearch，theintelligent economyhasasignificantpromoting effectontheformationanddevelopmentofnewqualityproductive forces.The inteligent economy promotes the formation and development of new qualityproductive forces through innovative alocationof dataelementsanddeeptransformationand upgradingofindustries.Intheprocessof theinteligent economy's impacton newquality productive forces，the business environment has asignificant moderation effect and threshold effect.
