Abstract：Basedon paneldata from41citiesof cityclusters intheYangtzeRiverDeltafrom 2Oo3 to2O23，this article exploresthe impactof digital-real integrationon labor marketsegmentationand itsunderlying mechanisms.Research findings：Thedigital-realintegrationhasasignificantintegrationeffectonthelabormarket，withthegreatestintegration effcton the internal labormarketof cities，folowedbytheintegration effectonthelabor marketbetweenadjacentcities， andthe smalestintegrationefectonthe globallabor marketbetween cities.Thedigital-realintegrationpromotes labor marketintegrationbyreducinglabormismatch，especiallyhighskilledlabormismatch.Furtheranalysisrevealsthat industrialfoundationandtechnologicalinnovation playapositivemoderating roleinpromoting labor market integration throughthedigital-real integration.Theintegrationefectofthisdigital-realintegrationonlabormarketisparticularly pronounced in central cities，large cities，and pilot cities.
