【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efects of tocilizumab （TCZ） combined with leflunomide （LEF）on jointsymptoms，seruminflammatoryfactors，and immunoglobulin （Ig）inpatientswithrheumatoidarthritis （RA）. MethodsAtotalof104RApatientsadmited toour hospital from January 2O22 to January 2O24 weredivided into two groups using a random number table. The control group（ n= ：52）was treated with LEF，while thestudy group n=52 ）was treated with TCZ incombination with LEF. The clinical eficacy，joint symptoms，serum inflammatoryfactors，and Ig levels between the two groupswere compared，andtheadverse reactions were analyzedbetween thetwo groups.ResultsThetotal efectiverate of thestudy group was higher than that of the control group（ P <0.05）.After treatment，the joint pain， joint stiffness，and functional impairment scores of the research group were lower than those of thecontrol group，and the durationof morning stifess was shorter than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the levels of interleukin （IL）-6，tumor necrosis factor （TNF）- α ， and C-reactive protein （CRP） in the research group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. After treatment，the levels of immunoglobulinA （IgA），immunoglobulin M（ Δ.1gM ），andimmunoglobulinG（IgG）inthe research group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） ）.There was no significant differenceinadverse reactions between the two groups .Conclusion The combination of TCZ and LEF has a clear therapeutic effect on RApatients，which can aleviate joint injurysymptoms，reduce serum inflammatory factors，improve immunefunction，and have fewer adverse reactionsand higher safety in clinical application.
