以發(fā)熱為首發(fā)臨床表現(xiàn)的緩解性血清陰性對(duì)稱(chēng)性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水腫綜合征一例

摘要：緩解性血清陰性對(duì)稱(chēng)性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水腫綜合征（RS3PE）是一種罕見(jiàn)的血清陰性關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎性疾病，發(fā)熱是其少見(jiàn)癥狀，國(guó)內(nèi)罕見(jiàn)以發(fā)熱為首發(fā)臨床表現(xiàn)的RS3PE綜合征的病例報(bào)道。本文報(bào)道1例以發(fā)熱為首發(fā)癥狀并通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)熱查因診斷為RS3PE綜合征的患者。

ABSTRACT：Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema （RS3PE） syndrome is a rare seronegative synovial inflammatory disease in which fever is a rare symptom.There are few case reports of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first clinical manifestation in China.In this paper，we report a case of RS3PE syndrome with fever as the first symptom and diagnosed by systematic fever investigation.
