《孫氏醫(yī)案》驗(yàn)案撰寫及臨證思想特色抉微

【摘 要】 明代著名新安醫(yī)家孫一奎所著《孫氏醫(yī)案》，是我國(guó)中醫(yī)學(xué)歷史上一本頗具特色，且聲名遠(yuǎn)揚(yáng)、影響深遠(yuǎn)的醫(yī)案著作。筆者擬從醫(yī)案本身撰寫的特色及臨證時(shí)診療思想經(jīng)驗(yàn)的特色兩個(gè)方面，系統(tǒng)總結(jié)《孫氏醫(yī)案》的鮮明特點(diǎn)，并列舉驗(yàn)案一則，以充分展現(xiàn)孫氏驗(yàn)案撰寫與臨證思想的獨(dú)特魅力。

The Author of Sun’s Medical Records and the Characteristics of the Thought of Clinical Evidence

Abstract：The Sun’s Medical Records，written by the famous Xin’an Sun Yikui in Ming Dynasty，is a medical records work with unique features and far-reaching influence in the history of Chinese medicine.The author intends to systematically summarize the distinctive characteristics of Sun’s Medical Records from the two aspects of the special characteristics of the medical records themselves and the characteristics of the clinical diagnosis and treatment thought experience，and enumerate a trial case to fully demonstrate the unique charm of Sun’s medical records writing and clinical evidence thought.

孫一奎作為明代的醫(yī)學(xué)大家，其臨證思想與辨治精華，不僅體現(xiàn)在其所著《赤水玄珠》《醫(yī)旨緒余》的醫(yī)論醫(yī)話理論闡述中，而且充分展現(xiàn)在其所留存匯編的《孫氏醫(yī)案》之驗(yàn)案中，前者醫(yī)理彰明而頗有發(fā)揮，后者治驗(yàn)真實(shí)而巧發(fā)奇中。（剩余6767字）
