從風(fēng)論治腹瀉型腸易激綜合征

【摘 要】 腹瀉型腸易激綜合征發(fā)病率高，病情反復(fù)，遷延難愈，嚴(yán)重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量。風(fēng)邪是引起腹瀉型腸易激綜合征的重要病因，治療應(yīng)以從風(fēng)論治為切入點(diǎn)。文章對(duì)風(fēng)的含義進(jìn)行闡述，從風(fēng)與腹瀉型腸易激綜合征發(fā)病機(jī)制的相關(guān)性，探討用風(fēng)藥治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征，以期為腹瀉型腸易激綜合征的中醫(yī)臨床治療提供參考。

Abstract：The incidence of irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea is high，the disease is repeated，prolonged and difficult to cure，which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Pathogenic wind is an important cause of irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea，and the treatment should be based on wind-induced treatment.This article expounds the meaning of wind，discusses the effectiveness of treating IBS-D with wind medicine from the correlation between wind and the pathogenesis of IBS-D，in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of IBS-D.
