Abstract: The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) fingerprint of Tinosporae Radix was established, and the contents and extractsof columbin, palmatine, jatrorrhizine, columbamine, hydroxyecdysone and magnoflorine were determined at the same time, and analyzed by chemical pattern recognition. A Prodgy3M ODS-3 column 2.0m×150mm , 3μm) )wasused with acetonitrile (A)- .0.2% (204 phosphoric acid (B) as mobile phase,gradient elution, flow rate 0.4mL/min , column temperature 30°C 0 injection volume 1μL ,detection wavelength 237nm and 344nm .The results showed that the fingerprint similarity of 18 batches of Tinosporae Radix from diferent sources was greater than or equal to 0.928 except that of J15 batch was O.739.A total of 21 common peaks were calibrated,and six peaks of columbin, palmatine,jatrorrhizine,columbamine,hydroxyecdysone and magnoflorine were identified.The determination results were between 10.746-23.113mg/g 0.067-0.794mg/g 。(剩余12985字)
