橋本甲狀腺炎的中西醫(yī)治療研究進(jìn)展

摘要：近年來橋本甲狀腺炎在我國的發(fā)病率逐年遞增，中醫(yī)藥治療橋本甲狀腺炎取得良好效果。本文主要從中醫(yī)病因病機(jī)、中醫(yī)藥治療（分期辨證治療、自擬方治療、針灸及其他中醫(yī)特色治療）、西藥治療及中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療等方面對橋本甲狀腺炎的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述，以期為臨床診療提供新的思路。

Abstract： In recent years， the incidence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in China has been increasing year by year， and traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. This article mainly reviews the research progress of Hashimoto's thyroiditis from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis， Chinese medicine treatment （stage syndrome differentiation treatment， self-made prescription treatment， acupuncture and moxibustion and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment）， Western medicine treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment， in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

橋本甲狀腺炎（Hashimoto’s thyroiditis， HT）是一種自身免疫性疾病，該病早期可不出現(xiàn)臨床癥狀，或者僅僅表現(xiàn)為甲狀腺自身免疫性抗體（TPOAb、TgAb）水平升高，早中期出現(xiàn)一過性甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)，后期常發(fā)生甲狀腺功能減退等[1]。（剩余9384字）
