[摘 要]目的 探究無(wú)托槽隱形矯治器在口腔正畸中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2020年1月-2021年12月于我院治療的72例牙齒畸形患者為研究對(duì)象，以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成對(duì)照組與觀察組，每組36例。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)金屬托槽矯治器，觀察組應(yīng)用無(wú)托槽隱形矯治器，比較兩組牙周指標(biāo)、PRA評(píng)分以及療效滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、牙齦出血指數(shù)及探診深度低于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；觀察組美觀舒適度、咀嚼功能、便捷程度、語(yǔ)言功能、固定功能評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P

Application Effect of Bracketless Invisible Appliance in Orthodontics

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of bracketless invisible appliance in orthodontics. Methods A total of 72 patients with tooth deformity treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional metal bracket appliance， and the observation group was treated with bracketless invisible appliance. The periodontal index， PRA score and efficacy satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The plaque index， gingival index， gingival bleeding index and probing depth of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.
