[摘 要]目的 探究在口腔正畸治療中使用微型種植體支抗的效果及安全性。方法 選取2018年6月-2021年6月于本院行口腔正畸的50例患者，隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)組和試驗(yàn)組，各25例。常規(guī)組采用口外弓加強(qiáng)支抗行正畸治療，試驗(yàn)組采用微型種植體支抗行正畸治療，比較兩組臨床療效、口腔健康狀況及心理狀況。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為96.67%，高于常規(guī)組的80.00%（P

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect and safety of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent orthodontics in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided intoconventional group and experimental group， with 25 patientsin each group. The conventional group was treated with extraoral archreinforced anchorage for orthodontic treatment， and the experimental group was treated with micro-implant anchorage for orthodontic treatment.
