[摘 要]目的 分析對顏面部燒傷患者實(shí)施系統(tǒng)性護(hù)理的效果。方法 選取2021年10月-2023年10月我院收治的60例顏面部燒傷患者為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組，每組30例。對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采用系統(tǒng)性護(hù)理，比較兩組心理彈性狀態(tài)、應(yīng)對方式、瘢痕增生率、燒傷愈合時間及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 觀察組護(hù)理后樂觀性、堅(jiān)韌性、力量性評分均高于對照組（P

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing on patients with facial burns. Methods Sixty patients with facial burns admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given systematic nursing. The psychological resilience， coping style， scar hyperplasia rate， burn healing time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. 顏面部屬于機(jī)體各組織中暴露時間最長的部位，顏面部狀態(tài)會影響社交印象，該位置燒傷后會形成瘢痕，導(dǎo)致面部組織處于攣縮狀態(tài)，患者不適感較為嚴(yán)重，且還會嚴(yán)重影響面部美觀度，導(dǎo)致患者的自身心理彈性下降，常對生活保持回避狀態(tài)[1]。（剩余6234字）
