心理護(hù)理在牙周病患者正畸治療中的應(yīng)用效果

[摘 要]目的 探討心理護(hù)理在牙周病患者正畸治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取我院2022年1月-12月收治的87例牙周病患者為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組（n=43）與觀察組（n=44）。兩組均接受正畸治療，對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上增加心理護(hù)理，比較兩組心理狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 兩組護(hù)理后健康關(guān)心、生活樂趣、積極的心態(tài)、精力、松弛與緊張、自我情緒調(diào)節(jié)、總體幸福感評(píng)分均高于護(hù)理前，且觀察組高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Orthodontic Treatment of Patients with Periodontal Disease

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in orthodontic treatment of patients with periodontal disease. Methods A total of 87 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group （n=43） and observation group （n=44） by random number table method. Both groups received orthodontic treatment， the control group received routine nursing， and the observation group increased psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing， the scores of health care， life fun， positive mentality， energy， relaxation and tension， self-emotion regulation and general well-being in the two groups were higher than those before nursing， and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P
