[摘 要]目的 分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護理對妊娠糖尿病手術(shù)患者切口愈合及美觀性的影響。方法 選擇2022年7月-2023年7月于我院實施剖宮產(chǎn)的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，每組50例。對照組實施圍術(shù)期護理，觀察組實施優(yōu)質(zhì)護理，比較兩組切口愈合情況及切口美觀性滿意率。結(jié)果 觀察組甲級愈合占比高于對照組，乙級、丙級愈合占比低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Wound Healing and Aesthetics in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on wound healing and aesthetics in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing， and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The wound healing and the satisfaction rate of wound aesthetics were compared between the two groups.
