【摘 要】目的 探討微螺釘支抗種植體在口腔正畸中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年12月我院收治的88例接受口腔正畸治療患者為研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和試驗(yàn)組，對照組接受傳統(tǒng)強(qiáng)支抗正畸法治療，試驗(yàn)組接受微螺釘支抗種植體治療，比較兩組臨床療效、治療指標(biāo)以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為95.45%，高于對照組的81.82%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontics. Methods A total of 88 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method. The control group received traditional maximum anchorage orthodontic treatment， and the experimental group received microscrew implant anchorage treatment.
