【摘 要】目的 觀察高嵌體在后牙牙體缺損修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取蘇州口腔醫(yī)院2021年10月-2022年10月收治的50例后牙牙體缺損患者作為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各25例。對(duì)照組予以全瓷冠修復(fù)，觀察組予以高嵌體修復(fù)，比較兩組修復(fù)優(yōu)良率及牙齦狀況。結(jié)果 觀察組的修復(fù)優(yōu)良率為96.00%，高于對(duì)照組的68.00%（P

【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of onlay in the restoration of posterior dental defect. Methods A total of 50 patients with posterior dental defect admitted to Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 25 patients in each group. The control group was repaired with all-ceramic crowns， and the observation group was repaired with onlays. The excellent and good rate of repair and gingival status were compared between the two groups.
