【摘 要】目的 探討小切口不對(duì)稱(chēng)重瞼修復(fù)整形術(shù)臨床效果。方法 選取2020年4月-2021年4月于我院治療的82例不對(duì)稱(chēng)重瞼患者作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和研究組，各41例。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)整形修復(fù)，研究組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用小切口修復(fù)整形術(shù)，比較兩組手術(shù)指標(biāo)、臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果研究組愈合時(shí)間、手術(shù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)均短于對(duì)照組，術(shù)中出血量低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision asymmetric double eyelid repair and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients with asymmetric double eyelid treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group， with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional plastic repair， and the study group was treated with small incision repair and plastic surgery on the basis of the control group. The surgical indexes， clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
