【摘 要】目的 探究對上瞼凹陷患者應用顆粒脂肪移植治療的臨床效果。方法 選取2021年7月-2022年7月我院收治的82例上瞼凹陷患者為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為參照組和探究組，每組41例。參照組實施重瞼切開聯(lián)合塊狀脂肪移植治療，探究組實施顆粒脂肪移植治療，比較兩組臨床療效及治療滿意度。結果 探究組治療總有效率為100.00%，高于參照組的90.24%（P

Clinical effect of Fat Granule Transplantation in the Treatment of Upper Eyelid Depression

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of fat granular transplantation in patients with upper eyelid depression. Methods A total of 82 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method， with 41 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with double eyelid incision combined with massive fat transplantation， and the exploration group was treated with fat granular transplantation. The clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
