綠色低碳 轉(zhuǎn)型升級

綠色低碳是新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的內(nèi)在要求，綠色低碳發(fā)展機制是綠色新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的重要保障。黨的十八大以來，綠色低碳發(fā)展機制不斷健全，為加快結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整、發(fā)展綠色新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力提供了重要推動力，重點領(lǐng)域綠色低碳發(fā)展成效顯著。
