連續(xù)獲得山航集團(tuán)2023年優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員和中航集團(tuán)2024年優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員稱號，多次摘得網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全大賽獎項，陳新源的優(yōu)秀有目共睹。作為信息管理部的應(yīng)用開發(fā)工程師，工作需要源源不斷創(chuàng)新，優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)功能、提升運行性能、增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全，在這個過程中，陳新源自己的工作能力也在持續(xù)更新，適配需求，迎難而上。

Chen Xinyuan has been awarded successively as an outstanding Party member of Shandong Airlines Group in 2023 and China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited in 2024. He has also won multiple awards in cybersecurity competitions， showcasing his outstanding performance. As an application development engineer in the Information Management Department， Chen Xinyuan needs to continuously innovate， optimize system functions， improve operational performance， and enhance network security. During this process， Chen Xinyuan’s own work capabilities are constantly updated to meet the demands and challenges.
