Abstract：Thisstudyadoptedthequalitativeresearchmethodandrandomlyselected7highervocationalcolegeundergraduatesas samplingsubjectstoexplorethefctorsifluencingtecoperativeleaingofhighervocatioalcollgestudents.Testudyidentified8 conceptualcategoriesthatwouldinfuencestudents’coperativelearning：conflict，divisionoflabor，cooperation，enthusiasm，goal project，trainngndeaatioAcodnglyfourcommedatiosareproposdtaneteoopeatieaingofhghatiol collge students：clarifyingthegoalofprojectcooperation；specifyingthedivisionoflaboramongmembers；enhancingmutual understanding through ice-breaking activities；diversifying evaluations to encourage the enthusiasm of each member.
