Abstract:Thisstudyadoptedthequalitativeresearchmethodandrandomlyselected7highervocationalcolegeundergraduatesas samplingsubjectstoexplorethefctorsifluencingtecoperativeleaingofhighervocatioalcollgestudents.Testudyidentified8 conceptualcategoriesthatwouldinfuencestudents’coperativelearning:conflict,divisionoflabor,cooperation,enthusiasm,goal project,trainngndeaatioAcodnglyfourcommedatiosareproposdtaneteoopeatieaingofhghatiol collge students:clarifyingthegoalofprojectcooperation;specifyingthedivisionoflaboramongmembers;enhancingmutual understanding through ice-breaking activities;diversifying evaluations to encourage the enthusiasm of each member.
