The Framework and Objectives of Research on Social Impacts of Disruptive Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Information Governance

AbstractThenewgenerationofartificialintelligence（AI），epitomizedbygenerativeAI，isexperiencingvigorous growthon aglobal scale，presentingbothopportunitiesandchalenges for disruptive applications across industries and fieldssuchashealthcare，recommendationsystems，governmentadministration，culture，education，scientificresearch， transportation，andinformationservices.Itisofprofoundimportancetoscientificallyandobjectivelyunderstandand evaluate thesocialimpactsofdisruptiveAIaplications，particularlytherelatedsocialinformationisues，andtoharmonizetherelationship between disruptiveAIaplicationsand information governance.This paperbegins withaliterature reviewonthe social impactsof AIapplications and information governance，andanalyzes the deficiencies inexisting research.Itthenproposesanoverarchingresearch frameworkandoutlines thecomponentsof theresearchcontentconcerningthesocialimpactsandinformationgoveranceofdisruptiveAIappications.Subsequently，itexaminesthedesignof theresearchcontentandthelogicalconnectionsbetweendiferentresearchcomponents.Finalyitelaboratesonthe expectations，including fosteringacademicinovation，advancingdisciplinarydevelopment，promotingculturalheritage preservation，andcontributing toservingtheoverarchinginterestsofthePartyandthestate.Theresearchresultstopromote the sustained and healthy development of such applications.
