Abstract:Tooptimizetheappevarietystructureandpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheappleindustryintheIiRiverValleyeightapplevrietisitroucditoliValyereseletedastaterals,ndteinglefritweight,fruitsapeead ness,solublesolidontent,acidsugatioiaminCandoteretealanditealualityindicatorseremeasuredadalyed. Throughprincipalcomponentanalysis,thecontributionratesofeachindicatorwasusedasweights,andthecomprehensivesoresof fruitqualityforeachvarietywascalculatedandcomparedthroughsummation.Theaimwastoprovidescientificreferencefortheintroduction,screening,promotion,planting,ndqualtyimprovementofapplevarieties.Thersultsshowedthatthesinglefruitweight ofCaihong No.lwasthelargest,andthefruitshapeindexofMeiweiwasthehighest.ThefruitfleshhardnessofRuixue was the largest,andthesolublesolidcontentofXishihongwasthehighest.Theacidsugarratio,itaminCandpotassiumcontentofQincui werethe highest,andthetasteandappearancescore wasalsothehighest.TheironcontentofRuiyang wasthehighest,andthetan contentofJin18ShortBranchRedFujiwasthehighest.Intheprocessofprincipalcomponentanalysis,1Oquantifiablefruitquality indicatorswere selected for evaluation,the order of excellence was Qincui > Xishihong>Ruixue > Caihong No.1 > Ruiyang>Jin18 Short BranchRed Fuji > Meiwe > Tangmutian.In conclusion,Qincui and Xishihong have better quality and can be considered for promotion and planting in suitable apple growing areas in the Ili River Valley.
