Abstract：Asanimportantsupportfor tedevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles，theefective layoutandmanagementofnewenergy vehiclecharginginfrastructuedirectlyafects thepopularityanduseexperienceofnwenergyvees.Theoptimizationandanalsis ofmunicipallayoutplanningofvehiclecharginginfrastructureisanimportantlinkinthedevelopmentofnewenergyvicles.hrough measuressuchasimprovingthelayoutofthenetwork，ptimizingthestructureandlayout，improvingthequaityofservicepomoting technologicalinnovationandstrengtheningpolicyguidance，wecanfurtherimprove thecoveragerateanduseefciencyofcharging infrastructure，eethegrowingchargingneedsofthepeople，andpromotethesustainableandhalthydevelopmentofthenewenergy vehicle industry.
