摘 要 目的：分析基層網(wǎng)格化管理的家庭醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)干預(yù)對(duì)基層村居公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急應(yīng)對(duì)人員傳染病防治能力的影響。方法：整群分層隨機(jī)抽取網(wǎng)格化管理的村居公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急應(yīng)對(duì)人員417人，男性164人，女性253人。由家庭醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行傳染病防治能力的健康教育，比較干預(yù)前后公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急應(yīng)對(duì)人員傳染病防治能力。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，基層村居公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急應(yīng)對(duì)人員傳染病素養(yǎng)總體得分及格率和消毒技能總體得分均有較為顯著的上升（均P

The impact of family doctor team intervention based on grid management on the public health emergency response personnel capability of grassroots public health

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the impact of family doctor team intervention on the public health emergency response personnel capabilities in grassroot villages for infectious disease prevention and control. Methods： A cluster stratified random sampling method was used to select 417 public health emergency response personnel in the villages， and there were 164 males and 253 females. The health education intervention on the infectious disease prevention and control abilities was carried out by a family doctor team， and the prevention and treatment abilities of village public health emergency response personnel was compared before and after the intervention. Results： After the intervention， the overall score pass rate regarding infectious disease literacy among public health emergency response personnel in grassroots villages was improved， and the overall score of disinfection skills was also significantly improved（P
