社區(qū)2型糖尿病患者視網(wǎng)膜病變與尿微量蛋白相關(guān)性研究

摘 要 目的：探討社區(qū)2型糖尿病患者視網(wǎng)膜病變（DR）與尿微量蛋白（mAlb）的相關(guān)性。方法：選取2015年12月至2018年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者150例，依據(jù)蛋白尿水平分為微量組50例和正常組100例，統(tǒng)計分析所有患者尿蛋白、視力、DR情況。結(jié)果：微量組蛋白尿、DR發(fā)生率明顯高于正常組，視力明顯低于正常組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Correlation research between community type 2 diabetic retinopathy and urinary microalbumin

ABSTRACT Objective： To discuss the correlation between community type 2 diabetic retinopathy（DR） and urinary microalbumin（mAlb）. Methods： One hundred and fifty patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from December 2015 to December 2018， according to albuminuria levels were divided into a trace group with 50 cases and a normal group with 100 cases， and urinary protein， vision and DR of all the patients were statistically analyzed. 2型糖尿病是社區(qū)常見的一種慢性疾病，糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變（diabetic retinopathy， DR）是2型糖尿病常見的并發(fā)癥之一，可導(dǎo)致視網(wǎng)膜出血、硬性滲出、黃斑水腫、視力下降等，嚴(yán)重者可導(dǎo)致永久性盲視，因此，加強控制其可能的關(guān)鍵性危險因素對防治DR具有重要的臨床意義[1]。（剩余4242字）
