摘 要 目的：觀察吉非替尼聯(lián)合培美曲塞二鈉和順鉑對晚期肺腺癌的臨床療效。方法：將98例晚期肺腺癌患者隨機分為對照組和研究組，各49例。對照組給予培美曲塞二鈉+順鉑方案進行治療，研究組在對照組基礎上加用吉非替尼治療，對比兩組臨床療效、腫瘤標志物水平和不良反應。結果：研究組治療總有效率高于對照組；兩組的腫瘤標志物水平均低于治療前，且研究組低于對照組；研究組不良反應發(fā)生率低于對照組（P

Efficacy of gefitinib combined with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of gefitinib combined with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods： Ninety-eight patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into a control group and a study group， with 49 cases each. The control group was treated with pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin， while the study group was treated with gefitinib besides pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin. Clinical efficacy， levels of tumor markers and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results： The overall clinical efficacy was higher in the study group than the control group. The levels of tumor markers in both groups were lower after treatment than before and moreover in the study group than the control group.
