有關(guān)腦卒中后運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙重復(fù)經(jīng)顱磁刺激治療靶點(diǎn)定位的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要 腦卒中后的患者常伴有運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙。重復(fù)經(jīng)顱磁刺激雖已廣泛用于腦卒中后運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙治療，但許多相關(guān)研究在治療靶點(diǎn)定位上并不精確，導(dǎo)致研究結(jié)果異質(zhì)性較高。本文通過查閱重復(fù)經(jīng)顱磁刺激治療腦卒中后運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙的中外文獻(xiàn)，總結(jié)各種重復(fù)經(jīng)顱磁刺激治療靶點(diǎn)定位的方法。

Research progress on target localization of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for motor dysfunction after stroke

ABSTRACT Patients after stroke are often accompanied with motor dysfunction. Although repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） has been widely used， many related studies are imprecise in the localization of therapeutic targets， resulting in the heterogeneity of research results. This article summarizes various methods for the target localization of rTMS therapy by referring the Chinese and English literature on rTMS treatment of motor dysfunction caused by stroke.
