電子元器件檢驗(yàn)過程控制及優(yōu)化措施研究

【摘要】抽樣檢驗(yàn)是成品檢驗(yàn)過程中一種常用的檢驗(yàn)方法，以少數(shù)樣品的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果來評(píng)價(jià)整批元器件的質(zhì)量，因此提交檢驗(yàn)的樣本、樣品的抽取以及試驗(yàn)過程的控制，在整個(gè)檢驗(yàn)過程中相當(dāng)重要。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工作中檢驗(yàn)情況，簡要闡述如何做好檢驗(yàn)過程的控制。

Abstract： Sampling inspection is a common inspection method in the inspection process， to a few samples of the test results， to evaluate the quality of the whole batch of components， so sample extraction， test process control， in the whole inspection process is very important， combined with the actual work of the inspection situation， briefly describes how to do a good job in the inspection process control.
