脛骨前肌腱外移術(shù)研究進展

［摘要］

脛骨前肌腱外移術(shù)是治療足部肌肉力量不平衡導致的足部畸形常用的手術(shù)方式，但國內(nèi)對此種手術(shù)的研究和報道較少。本文主要就脛骨前肌腱外移術(shù)的歷史、適應證和禁忌證、具體的手術(shù)技術(shù)、效果和并發(fā)癥、術(shù)后管理進行綜述，以期為對軟組織外科學感興趣的醫(yī)務(wù)工作者提供幫助。

Research advances in anterior tibial tendon transfer surgery

［Abstract］ Anterior tibial tendon transfer surgery is a commonly used surgical method for the treatment of foot deformities caused by muscle imbalance in the foot， but there are few studies and reports of this approach in China. This article reviews anterior tibial tendon transfer surgery from the aspects of history， indications， contraindications， specific surgical techniques， outcomes， complications， and postoperative management， in order to provide help for medical workers interested in soft tissue surgery.
