【摘 要】文章主要闡述電子電氣架構的演進和電器負載的變化導致的低壓電路系統(tǒng)設計挑戰(zhàn),從新型電子電氣架構對電路影響、電源分配、線束拓撲、線束物料、48V系統(tǒng)和自動化制程6個維度進行優(yōu)化以提升低壓電路系統(tǒng)的設計。

【Abstract】This paper mainly describes the design challenges of low voltage circuit system caused by the evolution of electronic and electrical architecture and the change of electrical load. The design of low voltage circuit system is improved by optimization from six dimensions:the influence of new electronic architecture on circuit,power distribution,wiring harness topology,wiring harness materials,48V system and automated process.
