AMT硬件在環(huán)仿真測(cè)試研究

【摘 要】本文首先闡述基于dSPACE實(shí)時(shí)仿真系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的傳統(tǒng)的AMT物理模型,主要包括發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)模型、離合器模型、變速器模型、車(chē)輛動(dòng)力學(xué)模型等,然后基于此硬件在環(huán)系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證TCU的主要控制功能能夠滿(mǎn)足軟件測(cè)試需求,通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)能提前發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在問(wèn)題,降低控制器開(kāi)發(fā)成本。

【Abstract】In this paper,a physical model of AMT was constructed based on dSPACE real-time simulation system,including engine model,clutch model,transmission model,vehicle dynamics model,etc. in order to obtain more close to the real vehicle vehicle dynamics simulation model. Based on this hardware in the loop system,the main control functions of TCU are verified,which can meet the needs of software testing. Through this system,problems are found in advance,and the cost of controller development is reduced.

AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)變速器在MT基礎(chǔ)上加裝自動(dòng)離合器和自動(dòng)選換擋執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),具有自身傳動(dòng)效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、制造成本低、繼承性好等特點(diǎn),且能夠改變傳動(dòng)比,擴(kuò)大驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速的變化范圍,使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)能夠工作在高效區(qū)降低油耗,在市場(chǎng)得到廣泛推廣[1]。(剩余3477字)
