昆蟲(chóng)病原線蟲(chóng)培養(yǎng)及應(yīng)用

摘要 應(yīng)用查閱文獻(xiàn)、分類與總結(jié)的方式，從昆蟲(chóng)病原線蟲(chóng)的生活史、發(fā)病機(jī)制、培養(yǎng)方法、實(shí)際應(yīng)用等4個(gè)方面，對(duì)昆蟲(chóng)病原線蟲(chóng)近十多年的科研報(bào)道做出了概括，旨在為昆蟲(chóng)病原線蟲(chóng)的日后開(kāi)發(fā)及利用提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract Summarized the scientific research reports of entomopathogenic nematodes in the past ten years from the four aspects of life history， pathogenesis， cultivation methods and practical application of entomopathogenic nematodes by means of literature review and classification. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization of entomopathogenic nematodes.

昆蟲(chóng)性病原線蟲(chóng)（Entomopathog-enic nematodes，簡(jiǎn)稱EPNs）隸屬于線蟲(chóng)門（Nematoda）、尾感器綱（Seceme-ntea）、小桿目（Rhabditida），是指一類專性寄生昆蟲(chóng)的致病性線蟲(chóng)，包含斯氏線蟲(chóng)科Steinernematidae的斯氏線蟲(chóng)屬Steinernema與新斯氏線蟲(chóng)Neosteinernema線蟲(chóng)和異小桿線蟲(chóng)科Heterorhabditidae的異小桿線蟲(chóng)屬Heterorhabditis線蟲(chóng)[1]。（剩余6391字）
