健全農(nóng)業(yè)氣象服務(wù)和農(nóng)村氣象災(zāi)害防御體系

摘要 氣候是影響農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主要因素，氣象災(zāi)害會(huì)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)造成嚴(yán)重的影響。結(jié)合我國(guó)的實(shí)際國(guó)情來看，闡述了農(nóng)業(yè)氣象服務(wù)和農(nóng)村氣象災(zāi)害防御體系建設(shè)的意義，分析了農(nóng)業(yè)氣象服務(wù)與農(nóng)村氣象災(zāi)害防御體系建設(shè)過程中存在的問題，提出了優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)氣象服務(wù)體系建設(shè)和農(nóng)村氣象災(zāi)害預(yù)警體系的措施和途徑，以期促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。

Improving Agrometeorolo-gical Services and Rural Meteorological Disaster Prevention System

Abstract Climate is the main factor affecting agricultural production， and meteorological disasters will have a serious impact on agricultural production. Combining the actual situation of our country， this paper expounded the agrometeorological service and the significance of building up the rural meteorological disaster prevention system， analyzed the agro meteorological service and rural problems existing in the process of agrometeorological disaster prevention system construction， put forward the optimization of agricultural meteorological service system construction and ways to measure rural meteorological disaster warning system， in order to promote the steady development of agriculture.
