河北省農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外投資問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

——基于25家典型企業(yè)的調(diào)查

摘要：通過(guò)對(duì)河北省25家農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外投資典型企業(yè)進(jìn)行歷時(shí)5年的跟蹤調(diào)查，以調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)河北省農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資的規(guī)模、區(qū)域、企業(yè)特征進(jìn)行了深入分析，并據(jù)此提出了河北省農(nóng)業(yè)“走出去”企業(yè)面臨的主要問(wèn)題，最后分別從企業(yè)和政府層面提出了有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議，以期為河北省農(nóng)業(yè)“走出去”提供理論指導(dǎo)。

Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Investment Abroad： An Investigation of 25 Typical Enterprises in Hebei Province

Abstract： Through five years’follow-up investigation of 25 typical agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province which have investment abroad， this paper analyzes the investment scale， the investment region and the characteristics of enterprises based on the investigation data， points out main problems faced by the enterprises in“go global”， and puts forward targeted suggestions from the enterprise and the government level， aiming to provide certain reference for agricultural enterprises to improve their investment and business abroad.

近年來(lái)，在國(guó)家“一帶一路”倡導(dǎo)引領(lǐng)和政策指導(dǎo)下，河北省農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外投資蓬勃發(fā)展，無(wú)論投資規(guī)模還是企業(yè)數(shù)量均穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)，投資主體日益多元化，經(jīng)營(yíng)領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大，有力促進(jìn)了全省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，拓寬了農(nóng)業(yè)國(guó)際化發(fā)展道路[1]。（剩余5656字）
