從肝脾論治耳鳴耳聾

【摘 要】

陳祖琨教授經(jīng)過長期的臨床實踐總結(jié)，認為耳鳴耳聾的發(fā)生多責(zé)于肝脾，宜從肝脾論治。臨床辨證常以肝郁化火、痰濕上蒙、脾虛下陷、肝腎陰虛多見，宜給予清肝瀉火、燥濕化痰、健脾益氣、滋補肝腎之法治之。在整體辨證的基礎(chǔ)上，注重耳竅局部病變特點，強調(diào)辨證與辨病的結(jié)合，臨床取得良好療效。

Treating Tinnitus and Deafness From Liver and Spleen

Abstract：

Professor Chen Zukun believes that the occurrence of tinnitus and deafness is mainly due to the liver and spleen， and should be treated from the liver and spleen. In clinical syndrome differentiation， liver stagnation and fire， phlegm dampness， spleen deficiency and liver and kidney Yin deficiency are common. It is suggested to clear liver and fire， dry dampness and phlegm， strengthen spleen and qi， and nourish liver and kidney. On the basis of overall syndrome differentiation， attention was paid to the characteristics of local lesions in the ear and the body， and the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation was emphasized.
