乳頭乳暈再造在乳房重建中的美學(xué)價值研究現(xiàn)狀

[摘要]隨著乳腺癌患病率的升高，乳腺癌術(shù)后乳房重建在臨床已推廣使用。乳頭乳暈再造是整個乳房重建過程中的最后一步，從美學(xué)角度出發(fā)是決定重建乳房能否取得患者滿意的關(guān)鍵一步。近年來，隨著整形美容技術(shù)的發(fā)展，乳頭乳暈再造方法多樣，各有優(yōu)缺點，本文就乳房乳暈再造在乳房重建中的美學(xué)價值研究現(xiàn)狀展開綜述。

Research Status of the Aesthetic Value of Nipple-areola Reconstruction in Breast Reconstruction

Abstract： With the increasing prevalence of breast cancer， breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery has been widely used in clinical practice. Nipple-areola reconstruction is the last step in the whole process of breast reconstruction. From the perspective of aesthetics， it is a key step to determine whether the reconstructed breast can achieve patient satisfaction. In recent years， with the development of plastic and cosmetic technology， there are various methods of nipple-areola reconstruction， each with advantages and disadvantages. This paper reviews the aesthetic research status of nipple-areola reconstruction in breast reconstruction as follows.

近年來，越來越多乳腺癌患者選擇接受切除乳房來阻止腫瘤擴(kuò)散，然而術(shù)后因乳房缺失，患者承受心理壓力劇增，對其生活質(zhì)量和心理健康均產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈負(fù)面影響[1]，而乳房重建手術(shù)可以幫助患者彌補(bǔ)身體缺失，減輕心理負(fù)擔(dān)，恢復(fù)正常生活。（剩余12589字）
