[摘要]全瓷材料因其理想的強度和美學效果等特征成為口腔修復的一類重要材料,而當修復體制作完成之后,通常需要進行調(diào)牙合或調(diào)磨鄰接,這些調(diào)磨會增加修復體表面粗糙度,臨床常采用拋光來解決全瓷材料表面粗糙的問題,研究人員就不同拋光方案對全瓷材料表面效果的影響做了大量研究,本文就此作一綜述。

Research Progress in Effect of Different Polishing Methods on Surface Roughness of Ceramic Material

Abstract:  Due to ideal strength and aesthetic effect all-ceramic material has become an important material in the field of prosthetic dentistry. By working with ceramic restorations, the dentist often needs to perform clinical adjustments through wear by diamond burs, consequently removing the superficial glazing layer, which will increase the surface roughness of the prostheses. Polishing is commonly used in clinical to solve the problem of rough surface of all-ceramic material. Researchers have done a lot of research on the influence of different polishing schemes on the surface effect of all ceramic material.
