聚己內(nèi)酯面部填充術(shù)后肉芽腫1例報道并文獻回顧

[摘要]回顧筆者醫(yī)院收治的1例鼻部聚己內(nèi)酯填充術(shù)后肉芽腫病例臨床資料，結(jié)合2017年-2022年4篇（4例）關(guān)于面部聚己內(nèi)酯填充術(shù)后肉芽腫的文獻資料，分析此病的臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷、治療、預后及成因，以期為臨床提供參考。

Abstract： The clinical data of a case of granuloma after polycaprolactone filling in the nose admitted to the author's hospital were reviewed， and 4 literatures （4 cases） on granuloma after polycaprolactone filling in the face from 2017 to 2022 were combined to analyze the clinical manifestations， diagnosis， treatment， prognosis and causes of the disease， in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
