面部毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張癥的光電治療進(jìn)展

[摘要]面部毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張癥是臨床常見的真皮層毛細(xì)血管畸形，會(huì)對(duì)患者皮膚外觀及心理造成不同程度的影響。治療方法包括藥物治療、光電治療及手術(shù)治療等，其中光電技術(shù)作為一種非侵入性局部治療方式，已成為臨床上主要的治療選擇。本文就面部毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張癥的激光與強(qiáng)脈沖光的臨床治療及研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。

Advances in Photoelectric Therapy for Facial Telangiectasia

Abstract： Facial telangiectasia is a clinical common disease of dermal capillary malformation，which may affect the skin appearance and psychology of patients to varying degrees.Treatment methods include drug therapy，photoelectric therapy，surgical treatment and so on.Recently，photoelectric technology，as a non-invasive local treatment method， has become the main clinical treatment option.This article reviews the clinical application and research progress of laser and intense pulsed light for facial telangiectasia.
