[摘要]目的：探討一種眶外側(cè)眼輪匝肌處理方法在中下面部提升術(shù)中的應(yīng)用，并分析其在眶周年輕化治療中的臨床效果。方法：對30例面部提升術(shù)就醫(yī)者實施該技術(shù)。收集Face-Q量表結(jié)果及采用中、下面部衰老評分量表分析手術(shù)效果。結(jié)果：30例就醫(yī)者Face-Q量表分析結(jié)果顯示，3例很滿意，27例非常滿意。中下面部衰老評分量表顯示，術(shù)前平均得分（10.06±1.98）分，術(shù)后平均得分（4.27±1.40）分，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Effect of the Orbicularis-smas Flap on Periorbital Rejuvenation in High-level Smas Facial Lifting

Abstract： Objective To investigate the treatment of lateral orbital orbicularis oculi muscle by mid lower facelift and to analyze the clinical effect of orbital rejuvenation. Methods The technique was applied to 30 patients undergoing facelift. Middle and lower facial aging scale were used to analyze the surgical effect. Face-Q scale results were collected and analyzed. Results Of the 30 patients， 3 were very satisfied and 27 were very satisfied. The average preoperative score was 10.06±1.98， and the average postoperative score was 4.27±1.40， P<0.05， which was statistically significant. Conclusion The orbicularis oculi muscle-SMAS flap can fill the temporal， improve the skin relaxation of lower eyelid， fade crow's feet and blepharobuccal sulcus， and shorten the vertical distance of lower eyelid while lifting the middle and lower face， with safe operation and accurate effect.
