肌功能訓(xùn)練對(duì)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育期安氏Ⅱ1下頜后縮患者的硬組織療效分析

[摘要]目的：研究肌功能訓(xùn)練對(duì)安氏Ⅱ1下頜后縮患者的療效，并對(duì)療效產(chǎn)生的可能機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討。方法：選取安氏Ⅱ1下頜后縮患者10例，年齡8～10歲，均處于生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育期。采用肌功能訓(xùn)練治療，利用頭顱側(cè)位片進(jìn)行治療前后硬組織的測(cè)量分析，選取硬組織測(cè)量項(xiàng)目22項(xiàng)。結(jié)果：通過(guò)肌功能訓(xùn)練前后的頭影測(cè)量對(duì)比分析顯示，肌功能訓(xùn)練后，Go-Me距增加、Ar-Go增高、SNB角增大（P

Abstract： Objective  This study researched the effects of myofunctional training therapy to Class Ⅱ1mandibular retrognathia patients，and the effect of the myofunctional training on these cases was discussed in detail. Methods 10 patients who were all Class Ⅱ1mandibular retrognathia during growth were selected. Their age was during 8 to 10. They all accepted myofunctional training therapy. They were photographed cephalometric X-ray pretherapy and post-treatment. Hard tissue was analyzed by cephalometric X-ray. 22 indicators of hard tissue profile were gathered.
