女性重瞼患者術(shù)后決策后悔現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素的研究

[摘要]目的：調(diào)查女性重瞼患者術(shù)后決策后悔現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。方法：術(shù)前采用廣泛焦慮篩查量表、外貌社會(huì)文化態(tài)度壓力問卷、簡(jiǎn)易心理狀況評(píng)定量表對(duì)上海某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院的142例女性重瞼患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查，術(shù)后1個(gè)月采用中文版決策后悔量表和術(shù)后滿意度量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果：女性重瞼患者決策后悔總分為（3.48±2.81）分，處于相對(duì)較低水平;女性重瞼患者的決策后悔與焦慮、外貌態(tài)度和患心理疾患的危險(xiǎn)性呈正相關(guān)（r=0.173、0.167、0.171，均P

Abstract： Objective To investigate the present situation and influencing factors of decision-making regret in female patients with double eyelid surgery. Methods  A total of 142 female patients with double eyelids in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were investigated with the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale， sociocultural attitudes towards appearance questionnaire-3， and the Kessler10 scale，one month after the operation， the Chinese version of decision regret scale and postoperative satisfaction scale were used to investigate. Results The total mean score of decision-making regret in female patients with double eyelids was（3.48±2.81），at a relatively low level.The decision-making regret of female patients with double eyelids was positively correlated with anxiety， appearance attitude and the risk of mental illness （r=0.173、0.167、0.171，P
