[摘要]目的：探討鼻內(nèi)鏡下治療鼻骨骨折伴外傷性鼻中隔偏曲的安全性及美學(xué)效果。方法：將收治的72例鼻骨骨折伴外傷性鼻中隔偏曲患者隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)組和治療組，每組36例。常規(guī)組采用傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)治療，治療組采用鼻內(nèi)鏡下手術(shù)治療。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、術(shù)后鼻通氣功能、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥和術(shù)后鼻部的美學(xué)效果。結(jié)果：治療組患者的總有效率高于常規(guī)組，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的總發(fā)生率低于常規(guī)組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Application of Nasal Endoscopy in the Treatment of Nasal Bone Fractures with Traumatic Nasal Septum Deviations

Abstract： Objective To explore the safety and aesthetic effect of nasal endoscopic treatment of nasal bone fracture with traumatic nasal septum deviation. Methods 72 cases of nasal fracture with traumatic septal deviation were randomly divided into two groups： routine group and treatment group， 36 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated by traditional operation， and the treatment group was operated under nasal endoscope.
