基于OpenCV的手套包裝盒缺陷檢測(cè)理論分析與研究

摘要:為了檢測(cè)手套包裝盒表面缺陷,本文以開(kāi)源計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)庫(kù)OpenCV為工具,進(jìn)而檢測(cè)出手套包裝盒的各種缺陷,例如劃痕、污漬、刮痧等等。通過(guò)對(duì)手套包裝盒圖像進(jìn)行平滑濾波、二值化處理、邊緣檢測(cè),分析其算法的基本原理,為檢測(cè)表面缺陷提供一種新的思路和方法。

Theoretical Analysis and Research on Surface Defect Detection of Glove Packaging Box Based on Opencv

Abstract: In order to detect the surface defects of glove packaging box, this paper uses the open source computer vision library OpenCV as a tool to detect various defects of glove packaging box, such as scratches, stains, scraping and so on. The image of glove packing box is processed by smoothing filtering, binarization, edge detection and so on. Then the basic principle of the algorithm is analyzed to provide a new idea and method for detecting surface defects.
