分區(qū)噴氨控制技術在SCR脫硝中的應用

摘 要:針對SCR脫硝反應器中氨氮比的及時調(diào)整問題,近年來廣泛采用分區(qū)噴氨控制技術來解決。首先,該文將介紹分區(qū)噴氨控制技術的3個組成部分,并詳細分析測量技術的應用現(xiàn)狀和選擇依據(jù),以闡明三層控制技術的目的和原理。最后,將對分區(qū)噴氨控制技術的應用條件進行深入分析。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of timely adjustment of ammonia-nitrogen ratio in SCR denitrification reactor, zonal ammonia injection control technology has been widely used in recent years. First of all, this paper will introduce the three components of the zonal ammonia injection control technology, and analyze the application status and selection basis of the measurement technology in detail, in order to clarify the purpose and principle of the three-layer control technology. Finally, an in-depth analysis will be made to the application conditions of the zonal ammonia injection control technology.
