摘  要：現(xiàn)今，我國(guó)汽車保有量逐年增加，急需大量地下車庫(kù)，高層建筑的附件式地下車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)較復(fù)雜，該文介紹某小區(qū)附件式地下車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)工程實(shí)際情況，按規(guī)范進(jìn)行荷載布置，選擇相對(duì)合理的框架結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算方案，進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，結(jié)構(gòu)超長(zhǎng)設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)，使結(jié)構(gòu)安全且經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。

Abstract： Nowadays， the number of cars in our country is increasing year by year， and there is an urgent demand for a large number of underground garages. The design of accessory underground garages in high-rise buildings is more complicated. This paper introduces the design of accessory underground garages in a residential area. According to the actual situation of the project， the load is arranged according to the code， the relatively reasonable calculation scheme of the frame structure is selected， the foundation design is carried out， and the super-long and structural design of the structure is carried out， so as to make the structure safe and economical.
